Wheres My Water Cheats
Where’s my Water? is a popular game which is based on Swampy the Alligator, who stays in the sewers and seems to enjoy taking relaxing baths, but, unfortunately, other alligators continue sabotaging his water supply and as a result he needs some help. Below is a general overview about this game.
When playing the game, your job is to direct the water into Swampy’s bath through swiping tunnels past the dirt to redirect the water’s flow. Along the way, you can allow the water to collect three rubber duckies to unlock subsequent levels and worlds. Your score is normally dependent on the number of rubber ducks collected, a bonus of water overflow and the time covered to fill the bath.
In ‘Where is My Water’ you must ensure that enough drops of water reach the destination by digging water channels using your fingers. The liquid physics is not that impressive as the water looks quite lumpy sometimes, especially where it separates or at the surface, however, it looks quite good, and it does flow where you would expect it to flow.
There are up to 80 levels that are split across the four worlds, and new game play techniques are regularly introduced. The first 40 levels are pretty straight forward, with the solution being almost obvious. It is much easier to score 3 ducks (“ tri-duck”) in the first 2 worlds without much strain. Fortunately, harder levels pop up in the 3rd and 4th worlds. If you happen to make a mistake or miss out on one of the three ducks, there is a helpful restart button to help you quickly reset the level. Through collecting different sets of hidden objects that are scattered around the levels such as a toothbrush, and a lucky loofah, you are in a position to unlock additional 8 bonus levels. These features various types of game-play, including some sort of tilting to help move the water.
Of course, there exist various obstacles to overcome like some noxious green algae that grow whenever it comes into contact with your water stream, switches activated by water that cause other blocks to get moving, and pools of acids that absorb your water. You will also encounter yellow, toxic ooze that eats through the whole dirt and utterly destroys Swampy’s precious rubber ducks prompting you to react quickly.
There are also pipes, that will accept water or acid and squirt it out to the other side, mines that explode and acid/water horses to activate. Therefore, there is plenty much to keep you entertained. At times, you may need to draw two tunnels at once, and this involves swiping simultaneously using two fingers to so as to split the flow. But you must be pretty cautious, or your precious water might drain off the other side of the screen. Water is not the only liquid that you move around, you also need to swipe tunnels so as to drain or shift the acid. The powerful, corrosive characteristics of acids become handy when it comes to destroying any algae which may block your way.
Although, Where’s My Water is quite enjoyable, screen navigation is not that perfect. Some levels tend to be slightly larger than one screen and you are provided with a scroll-bar for punning down and up, which is a little old fashioned. This scroll bar is awkwardly positioned in the left hand-side of the screen forcing right handed players to stretch out across the screen so as to scroll, unless you make use of your thumbs, which is a very odd design decision. Lucky enough you don’t have to scroll too much. Regardless of this, I have enjoyed playing Where’s My Water?, and we hope Disney keeps the updates flowing!
